2. Data processed and purposes
We process identification and contact details, transactional data (orders, invoices, payments), technical data (IP, cookies) and communications.

  • Customer and supplier management: execution of contracts, orders, deliveries, invoicing.
  • Queries and support: handling requests received through forms, email or phone.
  • Marketing communications: sending information about our products/services, with consent or, for existing customers, as permitted by Article XII.13 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC.
  • Website security and fraud prevention.

3. Legal basis

  • Execution of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR, e.g., tax and accounting).

4. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual obligations and for the retention periods required under Belgian law, in particular 7 years for accounting and VAT purposes (up to 10 years in certain cases).

5. Recipients and data processors
Your data may be accessed by service providers (hosting, IT maintenance, CRM, logistics, payment providers, technical support) under processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).

6. International transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA, safeguards will be applied (adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making, by contacting admin@mqeurope.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be – or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

8. Children’s data
We do not provide services to children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.
