    Hello, I have an ArtisJet 5000 UV Printer and needing some Spare Parts.
    I have tried buying through the China Office and even got a Quote and sent them the money but they refunded it and told me they wouldn’t sell me any spare parts and now aren’t answering any emails. Very BAD Customer Service!!!!
    So I’m hoping all is not lost and I can purchase off you. On starting the Printer I am getting an SZ001 Error which China confirmed was either my Sensors “Autonic BTS1M-TDTL” or the Circuit Board for the Sensors. So I need to purchase both so I can get the Printer working again.
    Have you the 2 Sensors and Sensor Circuit Board in Stock ready to ship?
    Hoping you can Help me
